The University of Maryland Public Art Project announces a national competition called INTERPLAY. Interplay blends several objectives: to create a dynamic environment for public and social engagement, to serve as a contemplative place for individuals to experience contemporary art, and to embrace the scholarly spirit of a distinguished institution of higher education and research.
